FAQs
Questions we get asked weekly
If your question isn't here, WhatsApp us at +60 16-655 8180 — we usually reply within an hour.
Can I try a session before signing up?
Yes. We offer a free trial session at every branch — Personal Training, Muay Thai, or Group. You don't need a card and you don't need to commit. Walk in, train, decide.
Are coaches certified?
Every Fitcom coach is certified, background-checked, and trained in our internal coaching system. We update certifications annually and run weekly internal coaching reviews.
What does personal training cost?
Per-session pricing starts from RM 140. Package and monthly rates bring the per-session cost down. Full transparent breakdown is in our PT cost guide.
Do you train beginners?
Yes — most of our intake are beginners or returning after a long gap. Programs flex around your starting point. Muay Thai has a dedicated 4-week beginner intro before the regular class.
Can I switch coaches if I don't click with mine?
Yes — and we encourage it. Coaching chemistry matters. Tell the front desk and we re-pair you, no awkwardness.
Do you offer corporate or family packages?
Yes. We work with companies on team programs and offer family packages that share coaching hours across members. Email kelvinloh@fitcomfitness.com for a quote.
What should I wear / bring?
Comfortable training clothes, water bottle, and a small towel. Shower facilities are available at PT Melaka and PT Seremban. Hand wraps for Muay Thai are sold at the Muay Thai Melaka branch.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No long lock-in. Monthly continuous, cancel with 30 days notice. PT packages are paid per block (typically 4, 8, or 12 weeks).
Do you have group fitness for seniors?
Yes — our Golden Years programming is designed specifically for members 50+. Mobility, balance, and strength, taught at the right pace.
Where can I read real reviews?
All three branches are on Google Business Profile with public reviews. We've never paid for a review.
Do you offer Muay Thai sparring?
Yes — sparring is optional and supervised. New members never spar in their first month; the coach decides when you're ready.
